Transition Networks Solutions are NDAA Compliant
Effective August 13, 2019, the John McCain National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and specifically Section 889 states there is a prohibition on certain telecommunications and video surveillance services or equipment. This Act was passed by the U.S. Congress in 2018.
The Act seeks to ensure services and equipment, procured for government use are not manufactured by entities or their subsidiaries as they may pose a cybersecurity threat.
